Your travel card allows you to move in Mi1-Mi3 area.

  • The one-way ticket is valid for 90 minutes from the time of validation.
  • The 1-day ticket is valid for 24 hours from the time of first validation (for example: if first used on Friday at 11:00 a.m., it will expire on Saturday at 11:00 a.m)
  • The 2-day ticket is valid for 48 hours from the time of first validation (for example: if first used on Friday at 11:00 a.m., it will expire on Sunday at 11:00 a.m.) you will receive two code valid for 24 hours
  • The 3-day ticket is valid for 72 hours from the time of first validation (for example: if first used on Friday at 11:00 a.m., it will expire on Monday at 11:00 a.m.). You will receive three codes, each valid for 24 hours.
  • The 4-day ticket is valid for 96 hours from the time of first validation (for example: if first used on Monday at 5:00 p.m., it will expire on Friday at 5:00 p.m.).
    Please note: you will receive four codes each valid for 24 hours.

Regardless of the validity of the card, these are the instructions to follow to activate your public transport ticket:
1. Download the Wetaxi App
2. Enter your voucher code under “Add a voucher” and confirm.
A pop-up will show the voucher amount and expiry date.
3. Your credit will appear in both the “Credit” and “Payment methods” sections.
4. Tap “Home,” then “Public Transport,” and select “Milan”
5. Choose the ticket you need and continue.
6. Select credit as your payment method and confirm the purchase.

If you’re trying to download your tickets and it appears an error message please wait and try again shortly as we are working to process your ticket as quickly as possible.

Sometimes, high demand can briefly run out our stock. However, our system automatically checks your order every 10 minutes and will send you an email as soon as your tickets are ready for download.

Please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, you can manage your reservation by accessing your account at www.yourconet.com/ticket-recovery.html. To log in, simply enter the email address used for the booking, along with your first and last name.

To recover or manage (for example: change the date; download the tickets directly)  your reservation, please click here. It is possible to get access to the login area also if you entered wrong/misspelled email address.

The dates you have to set are the dates you plan to use your tickets. Unless otherwise specified, public transport tickets become valid from the first use or from the moment of download. The date you are asked to select during confirmation is indicative, unless stated otherwise.

If your ticket is a multi-day pass, please note that the orange ticket is valid for 24 hours, while the green ticket is valid for three days. Please make sure you have used both tickets.

No, shuttle ticket can be used whenever you want. It’s an open date ticket. It’s a different ticket from public transport ticket that has to be used for consecutive days.

You will receive your shuttle ticket* directly on your email account and in your login area. The shuttle companies that we collaborate with are: Malpensa Shuttle, Orio Shuttle and Linate Shuttle.

There are some packages that includes a round trip ticket to the airport, but it’s always specified in the package description. When it’s not specified the pass includes just a one way ticket that you can use in either ways: from OR to the airport.
If you want to buy a another ticket you can purchase it at a reduced rate price at the link you received in the booking confirmation email.

Each City Pass contains a “special promotions” section with a promocode that will enable you to book the tours listed with a discount up to 25%. Check in the email “Your Pass is Ready” received after the confirmation procedure.

Unfortunately, the time slot cannot be selected, as tickets are assigned based on availability. However, the time slot indicated on the ticket is usually not strictly enforced.

There are several different tickets for accessing the Duomo. The one you purchased only allows you to visit the terraces. For a complete tour of the cathedral, museum, etc., you would need to purchase the Combo ticket package.

If you purchased a Duomo and Terraces by lift or a Duomo and Terraces by stairs package the ticket you’ll receive is valid for 3 days from the date written on it. So it will be valid even if it has yesterday’s date on it.

If you purchased a pass that includes access only to Duomo Terraces the ticket is valid only for the day written on the ticket.

Civic museum ticket is a 3 days tickets that guarantees the access to: Galleria d’Arte Moderna (Gallery of Modern Art), Museo del Novecento (Museum of Twentieth Century), Musei del Castello Sforzesco (Sforza Castle Museums), Museo Archeologico (Archaelogical Museum), Acquario Civico (Civic Acquarium), Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum), Casa Museo Boschi Di Stefano, Palazzo Moriggia – Museo del Risorgimento, the permanent collection of MUDEC, Palazzo Morando – Costume Moda Immagine.

The 3 day access starts from the first entry in one of the museums.

At the moment, we do not offer specific discounts for these categories.

Children and teenagers up to 14 years old can travel for free on Milan’s ATM public transport. However, in case of inspection, they must show a valid ID and be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

As indicated in the Terms&Conditions approved before making your purchase, refund & cancellation are not possible as the booking ID gets emitted at the moment of purchase. Anyway, your booking is a guaranteed purchase so it will keep being valid.
